Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2025

At Parallel Paths, we are committed to creating high-quality, curated events. This requires significant advance planning and financial commitment with our venue partners. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our valued members while also protecting the operational integrity of our events.​​

The Refund Policy works as follows:

  • Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 48-hour "cooling-off" period. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your ticket purchase, provided the request is made at least 7 days prior to the event date. After this period, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

  • If Your Designated Match Does Not Attend:

    1. After the deadline given to buy the ticket, if your designated match has not purchased a ticket to the same event you bought the ticket for, you are eligible for a full refund.

    2. We will offer you the choice of either a full refund or attending the event to socialize with the wider group. You will be given a deadline to make your decision.

    3. If you do not respond by the specified deadline, we will automatically process a full refund as the default action.

  • Event Cancellation by Us: If we cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive a full and automatic refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 48-hour cooling-off period, please contact our team directly at connect@parallelpathsevents.com, including your name and the event details.

We appreciate your understanding. Our policies are designed to ensure we can continue to create exceptional, high-quality events for our entire community.
